1. Q: Why can’t we find the our photos on Artink website?

  A:  1) As to the photos shot in franchisees, it will take us about 10 mints to upload them to the company website. Please kindly wait it.

      2) As to the photos shot on exhibition, we will upload them to company website in one or two days after the exhibition.

2. Q: Why does the software remind us of contacting the company, once it comes to expiration?

   A：Artink is a network photo machine, which needs to be connected to web, if you want to upload photos. It will occur  problem, if not connected to web for a long time.Reboot the machine after connecting the web and it will work as usual, which not only protects the interests of franchisees, but also prevents other franchisees casually replacing the city photos in operation.

3. Q: Can the Artink workstation count the business case?

   A: The software of Artink projects the counting function, which assures the franchisees to operate by employees, with reviewing and checking the profit list every day or month.
